What? He doesn't needs a new psu. He has got 600w psu and that's enough. I am running my ryzen 5 1600 with gtx 1070 on be quiet 400w psu. The only reason that I am changing psu is that I can buy one for cheap and I will get a better card. My psu is running on 80%. Funny bro , don't tell him to spend a money and lose it.

the old cx600 isnt exactly a good psu. moreover, the 8350 is a 125w cpu even at stock. for gaming, u definitely need to overclock to have playable 144hz gameplay (assuming 144hz cuz of the 1070 upgrade) so a better psu is good.

btw, u r having a 50w cpu with a 1070, so no probs there with that 400W silver. atleast that be quiet is better than the old cx.

I don't plan on overclocking at all. Will stick to normal settings on everything unless needed. Which I highly doubt will be needed.

Edit: Plus when checking custom build websites with this build it is only recommending me 450w PSU. So not sure what you are on about.

So apart from getting a new PSU when my cs600 starts to die. The selected 1070 part from Amazon will fit and work fine and the upgrade in RAM is also okay?
