Will these parts go together?

Hey guys total noob here, wondering if these parts will fit into my systom and how well they will run World of Warcraft :p
my current system I belive has a 450w psu and a gtx 460 gfx card both of which i plan on keeping.
I plan on upgrading my intel core 2 duo to an AMD AM3 Phenom II x4 965 3.4Ghz Quad Core, the store I want to buy it from has it in a "black edition" also for the same price but they may be out of stock, if i get the regular edition what's the difference?

will they go together? and also http://msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=5243 :p
I know they're cheap when I get a job I plan on buying a brand new system but for now i'd really like to upgrade it.
any help from pro's? :D

ah such a good answer thank you, exactly what I wanted to know! yes I thought that. um what's the main differences of a more expensive mobo? like will a cheap one like that slow the cpu down? :\
and is my psu enough:D?

It wont slow the CPU down or anything, but a better Mobo would offer more features like USB3/SATA3, advanced overclocking, and upgrading room. Also partially because I would favor AMD chipsets over Nvidia ones, Nvidia ones always seemed to have little problems here and there.

A mobo like would support AMD's next line of processors, which would eliminate the need of a Mobo if you ever intend to upgrade again: http://msy.com.au/product.jsp?productId=7819
