That will be a good setup do you have a GPU picked out yet? Also that PSU I never heard of it before so I dont know how good it is but depending on what you are gonna be running as a GPU a Quality 550 watt PSU is more then enough to run just about any single GPU.

If DDR2 mobos/DDR2 combos are cheaper, you should go with that. You really won't notice the performance of DDR3, especially with a low-end quad such as the AthlonII.

I would buy DD2 but the motherboard does not support it.
