Hello, will these parts work all together ?
Power supply - Corsair ATX 2.31 VS Series 650W CP-9020098-EU
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 WINDFORCE OC 3GB GDDR5 PCIE GV-N1060WF2OC-3GD
MOBO - MSI B150MGAMINGPRO

Solution
if your current motherboard is working you don´t need to replace it , it will support new GPU .
and you would not be able to simply buy a new current generation motherboard
because it has entirely different socket and it will not support your old cpu .

also gtx 1060 is a bit too much to handle for an old non K i5 2500 .
gtx 1050Ti will be better for you and you will save some money .
graphics card will fit into your case without a problem , gtx 1050Ti are not very long GPUs
we need a bit more information
do you have a processor already ?
what case do you have ?
what memory modules do you have ?

but for starters VS series from corsair is not very good ,
you should replace it for at least new revision of corsair CX
(those painted grey/white , not the green ones they are no good either)

and don´t buy gtx 1060 with only 3gb of memory , get 6gb instead ...

Just looking at those parts alone? YES.

That's the right type of power supply.

The graphics card will fit the motherboard.

Since I assume you are building your own PC, perhaps use PCPARTPICKER then make a build, give us the BUDGET and we'll see how else we can help.

Or perhaps you are replacing the motherboard for some reason (usually pointless unless it is broken)?

If you want better advice, give more information.

GTX1060 3GB
It's not bad frankly, and the 6GB version is a lot more money.

I'm not disagreeing that at least 6GB is a good idea, but it's $65 more (i.e. $200USD vs $265USD for similar EVGA single-fan card)

I should add if it's NEW BUILD I'd be considering Ryzen for the CPU + AM4 motherboard.

Intel Q67 Express is my MOBO i don't know if gpu will fit in there
