Go put all of these parts into PC part picker. It will tell you if they are compatible or not and what you can do to work around it

That mobo may not ship with a Ryzen 3000 compatible BIOS version. If it doesn't, you'll need a 1st or 2nd gen CPU to perform the BIOS update.

The MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX would be my recommendation.
