I have never built a PC before, and I would like to get into it. And, I would like to know, how exactly do I know if my parts will work together or not and if its good?

Here is my build, I don't know if it works together. So, if it doesn't please don't make fun of me.
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 8M Skylake Quad-Core 3.4 GHz LGA 1151
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan
Motherboard: MSI B150M Mortar LGA 1151 Intel B150 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Storage: Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003 1TB 64MB Cache
Memory: HyperX Fury Red Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3
Video Card: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 Ti DirectX 11 ZT-70605-10M 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
Case: RAIDMAX Vortex V4 ATX-404WUP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 450W Power Supply

The memory needs to be DDR4 2133 the DDR3 you picked will not work.
Your also going to need to buy a decent power supply the one that comes with that case it total garbage.
You might be better off stating your budget, where you can buy parts, and what the PC will be used for.
You can use this site for basic compatibility checks just start with the processor and work your way down. Change the country if you need to.

It's not the watts it's the quality of the power supply.
You need to buy one from either Tier 1, 2 , or 3 from this list.

Your still going to be better of stating the budget, where you can buy parts, and what the PC will be used for as of now your build looks like you need help.
