That CPU is incompatible with that mobo and the PSU isn't the best. there might be better alternatives to the r7 360 (it's not a whole lot better than latest gen integrated graphics)

If you gave us a few more details on what you're planning on doing--budget, more detailed use case, what parts you have, where you plan to buy from, country, etc. We could help you spec out a build.

I'm really just gonna use it for gaming. I don't have my Xbox 360 anymore (PS4 now). I want to still be able to play older titles. I know some older titles are available on psn, but I don't want to mess with any of that. My budget is around 350 dollars. Thanks for the help. Also decided on different power supply.

Despite being an i3, the i3-6100 is rated roughly equivalent to or better than the i7-920 in gaming scenarios (the 1yr old low end cpu beats the 8yr old high end cpu). The integrated graphics on the i3-6100 will be about the same as the r7 360/260. Overall the platform is a lot newer, and you will have a clear upgrade path if you have the money in the future. You'll have access to newer technologies and features, and will have better support for software and games. IMO this makes the most sense if you're buying new.

If you're buying used,[strike] an i3-4XXX with an H81 motherboard might be the best option. You'd be able to pair that with a 750 Ti if you negotiate things right. [/strike]
If you are buying used, I would avoid buying used storage. I would also refer to the following lists and charts to help make decisions:
CPU Hierarchy
GPU hierarchy
Motherboard Tier List
PSU tier List

Edit: it might be hard to get any build with a discrete GPU that is better than modern integrated GPUs on a sub 350 budget.

Edit2: Also consider pre-builts at this price point, I've found that under 500, it's possible to score good deals on prebuilts that will perform better than custom built pcs. For example, at $369 standard price (probably can find something lower during sales) a prebuilt w/ i3-6100, 8GB ram, 2TB HDD, plus you get wi-fi and bluetooth: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Desktop-i3-6100-Windows-AT3-710-UR51/dp/B01A3N6T62/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1468220466&sr=8-1&keywords=i3+6100+8gb+ram

I'm sorry, but I don't see much difference between these parts and the original post. I'd refer you back to my previous comments.

4GB Ram is not nearly enough for modern games. That PSU is to be avoided, get one from a reputable manufacturer, refer to the PSU tier list I have linked above. You are better off not getting that GPU and getting a better platform. That i7-920 is 8 years old and performs on par with i3-4XXX and i3-6XXX CPUs which will probably cost the same or less but have better support and in general newer technologies.
