Looks good overall, but you can do better than that. I'd swap with a better power supply unit first.... The EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W will be a nice choice.

Also the Hyper 212 EVO is quite outdated, it will be quite hard for it to hold that 8700K in optimal temperatures(especially if you're considering overclocking). A cheap and better choice would be the CRYORIG H7.... better design and looks, better cooling capability and quieter than the EVO.

You can shave a quick buck by going with a Z370 motherboard, it will do a fine job aswell.

Here's the updated parts list(I referenced Amazon parts only since you're buying everything from there):

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - H7 49 CFM CPU Cooler ($38.00 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $117.99

^ agree with the psu, and I would actually recommend an even more beefier cooler for the 8700k like the cryorig h5 or thermalright macho Rev B.

Asus prime a z390 had auto oc feature. And I wouldn't want the 8700k oc to be cooled by a H7.

I would also suggest a well ventilated case like the lian li Lan cool one.

Yes it will... as per @Lucky_SLS recommendation the Cryorig H5 would be the better choice here, heat transfer between the die and heatspreader of the 8700K is quite poor, because of the thermal interface material.... that's the reason why the 8700K it's pretty hard to handle.

Maybe i should pick another cpu then such as the i7 6700k? And by the way, is amazon a good site to order from? I dont have much experience ordering pc parts so it would be good to know (I live in sweden)

I think you're 2nd parts list is just fine but I also agree with the H5 replacement.

I'm from Europe, but I ordered from Amazon.de... shipping prices were quite low(around 8 euros) and I didn't have to pay for extra taxes.
Now if you're ordering from the US shipping costs will be higher and you might need to pay for customs.

I have done some research and i found out that the H5 is quite big and i dont really like the design of the fan. I looked around and i found the Be quiet! Dark rock 4 and i wonder of that's good enough.
