This is my first time build for a budget gaming PC ($500) and I want to ask if its compatible and if it can run Battlefield 3 at a moderate setting.

So far everything works

Power Supply- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171031&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Power%20Supplies-_-Cooler%20Master-_-17171031&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID=

but will this pc run bf3 at moderate settings?

That is not a good power supply, It is not 80+ certified, Get this:

Power supply is the MOST IMPORTANT part of a PC...

And btw, I have a Pc with intel i5 dual core, 6GB RAM, and a RADEON 5470 and it cannot play battlefield bad company 2 on LOWEST SETTINGS without lagging. So i would say: NO that will BARELY play bf 3... But your processor is fine. (i would go with the i3-2100 though)...

AND YES!! GET THE HAF 912 CASE ITS AMAZING!!!!

Btw, The card you will need to play bf3 on moderate to high would be this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908
