These are the slots that I have.
2 x PCIe x8
1 x PCI-X / 133 MHz
1 x PCI
1 x PCI-X / 100 MHz

Will this graphics card fit that uses a PCIe 2.0 x 16 ?

Solution
Those are physically x16 slots. You do need to verify which CPU is mapped to each slot if you are not populating both CPU sockets. It looks like you don't need a dual EPS12V power supply for that board. You will have to have Windows PRO or Windows server for a dual socket system.
The model of your motherboard would help us... But, if the slot is physically an x16 slot, then the graphics card will probably work. Any motherboard that has PCI-X slots is a REALLY OLD (or old server) motherboard. There could still be BIOS incompatibilities with newer cards.
