Will these specs be able to play R6s at 60 fps low?
GPU - Nvidia GTX 1050 2GB
CPU - AMD A6-3650
Ram - 1x8gb ddr3 ram

Are you building or is that system you already have ? If your in the US (not sure about other territories) you can get a refund of your money if you play the game for less than 2hrs. So if you have the system now just buy it on steam try and try it out for a hour or so to see how it plays. Even if you can get it cheaper else where you can just get a refund and buy it at an other outlet.
