At what resolution are you intending to run the game?

You forgot to mention the make and model of the case and PSU you'll be pairing with the system above. You should be fine to run the game;

at 1080p.

If I were in your shoes, I'd get a processor that has an iGPU as that can come in very handy when troubleshooting display related issues.
I will run at the level that gives me decent game play. 1080p

Hello bobasher their is an easy way to find out if you can run ANY game.
Just type into your browser can i run ( game name )

This will list a number of sites that you can use to find out if it will work on your pc.
most of them will tell you minimum and recommended spec and some will ask if you want to download a small program to scan your pc parts BUT be careful because your antivirus may block them or just warn you about malicious or suspicious content.

here is an example for the game you want to run .... the blue box is the download to check your pc parts.

A lot of games now scan your pc and set graphics etc to what it thinks you can run at but of course you can change them if you want ... just keep an eye on your task manager .

I ran it on a 8700K and GTX 1080, both stock clocks, with High settings, including textures. Your CPU is roughly 6% more powerful than my 8700K was, but your GPU is about 18% less powerful than my GTX 1080 was. I would say you probably should be able to run it at 1080p with Medium settings though. If you select 1080p display res (which I recommend), the game will upscale to that res from a 720p render res. I got mostly 60 FPS at all High settings, but if you're OK with less than 60 FPS, you might be able to run it on High. In the below video you can see the res dip as low as 38 FPS just after the repair of the damn turbine (8:33). The only reason there's a 1440p option to view this video is I resized it to 1440p with Avidemux to make use of YouTube's VP9 processing. It has zero to do with game settings.
