Will these specs bottleneck a GTX 780?

Hey guys, I am looking to get a new PC. I've contacted my local PC shop and this is what they've given me back for a recommended GTX 770 build, I'm thinking of getting a GTX 780 instead, what do you guys think, will these specs suffice for a 780?

CPU Core i7 4790 3.60GHz
GA-Z97-D3H
Hard Drive 2TB SATA 64MB
Hard Drive SSD 120GB
Ram DDR3 1600MHz 8GB x2 (16Gb)
Power supply 1000W "Corsair" Full Modular

And do you think the power supply is too much? I've done some recommended wattage calculations and around ~700W has been the general consensus.

Thanks in advance,
Thomas.

Solution
No it would be fine as the i7-4790(non "K") is a popular choice and goes hand in hand with the 780. So it would not bottleneck it.

Yes the PSU is way overkill even if you overclock or plan a SLI in the future. With your current build, a 750W would be preferable for the extra headroom. However a 600-650W would be good. :)
