Will these specs support more than 60hz?

Can a ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 motherboard and Gigabyte GTX 760 support a monitor refresh rate above 60hz (ASUS VG248QE 144HZ)?

I play source games and voxel based games, currently on my 660 and i5-4790K I recive over 200 FPS, just looking to reduce screen tearing and add more visibility to my game.

In that case, you can get a 144 Hz, no problems when you currently have 200+ fps in your games.
