Will these systems hold a gpu?

I was looking on eBay for an inexpensive pre built to put my MSI rx 460 2gb oc in and found this Dell Inspiron 3650 (i5 6400, 8gb ddr3) but I can't tell if it'll actually hold a graphics card. Or if I should get this Acer system I found

Both will hold the card. However what rx 460 is it since both have quite the length and height restrictions.
