WIll these upgrades be compatible or is there something I'm missing?

So I've been looking to upgrade my slightly ageing computer and have come to realise that I kind of need to upgrade a few different parts at once since I've left it so long. The current set-up is:

So I'm planning on upgrading the red-highlighted components with the following ones, and was just wondering if these should work, or if I'm missing something?

You can also go with a non z97 1150 motherboard since you have a locked Intel cpu
