Yes will work your ram is 1600mhz ddr3 and the motherboard suports up to 1866mhz

but mine says UDIMM whitch is unbuffered or something, does that matter?

yes they are unbuffered but they are perfectly ok, will work with no problem because its AMD.
EG: Server RDIMM or Workstation UDIMM most motherboard uses DIMM any Intel and that is not Xeon CPU u will use DIMM. if u have and AMD u can use both DIMM and UDIMM. And check this link too:
