Will these work to upgrade ps3 hard drive?

I am pretty sure that the replacement hard drive will work, but the external hard drive im not exactly sure if it will work, if it will that would be perfect, because my ps3 hard drive is exactly 80gb

I do not think it is possible to change the Ps3's memory, seeming as the hard drive provided has the OS of the PS3's system, including the XMB ® menu.
