PC Partpicker is great because when you choose one part, it narrows your selection to only parts that will work with the parts you selected. So, yes it will all work together. Here are my suggestions -

Unless you have an absolute need for 1TB of storage like an extensive movie, music, picture library, then I would replace that TB with http://pcpartpicker.com/part/pny-internal-hard-drive-ssd9sc120gcdarb and http://pcpartpicker.com/part/western-digital-internal-hard-drive-wd5003azex

Slight price increase overall, much better performance.
