Will they be compatible with each other?

Solution
The FSP Aurum Gold 500 would be compatible, yes. However, it is a slightly lower-quality model (compared with other FSP models and other brands). It's not a "bad" PSU, just a mediocre one, and since it seems you have limited choices of PSUs to choose from in your location, it would be sufficient for your needs (though, not a highly recommended model).

If you want better quality models of the brands available in your location, you might want to check these models (and its prices/availability):

FSP Hydro X HGX450 (450W), Non-modular, 5-year warranty (OEM: FSP)
FSP Hydro X HGX550 (550W), Non-modular, 5-year warranty (OEM: FSP)
Thermaltake Tough Power Gold TPD-0550M, Semi-Modular, 7-year warranty (OEM: CWT)
Thermaltake Tough Power DPS...

Physically, the parts are compatible.

However, there are some performance compatibility issues:

Make sure the motherboard (H110 chipset) does have an updated BIOS (version F20) when using 7th-gen (Kaby Lake) CPUs such as the i3-7100. If the mobo only has the original BIOS (version F1), only 6th-gen (Skylake) CPUs will work out-of-the-box while the 7th-gen won't let you boot up. If you can't verify if such H110-chipset mobo has its BIOS updated, its best to either 1) get a 6th-gen Skylake CPU (instead of the 7th-gen) *OR* use the i3-7100 you selected but get a B250-chipset motherboard that supports it (instead of the H110-chipset).

The PSU is also a lower-tiered (low-quality) unit and has too much power (730W) that you will never need. Even a 450W PSU, but of better quality (such as the Corsair CX450M) already has more than enough juice to power your rig.

Yes. That the i3-7100 would work on that B250-chipset mobo out-of-the-box.

You want an ATX form factor PSU (not SFX) as your case supports standard ATX PSUs. Check the Corsair CX450M or the Seasonic M12II-520 EVO - both have enough wattage/headroom for future upgrades.

Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($55.24 @ Amazon)

SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($46.89 @ Newegg)

Cooler Master V450 Semi-Modular RS-450-AMAA-G1 (450W), Semi-Modular, 5-year warranty (OEM: Enhance)
Cooler Master V550 Semi-Modular RS-550-AMAA-G1 (550W), Semi-Modular, 5-year warranty (OEM: Enhance)

If the above PSU models cost way above your budget or are not available, then the FSP Aurum Gold 500 would still be a better alternative to the Thermaltake Smart SE 730W you originally selected.
