Will they occur issues with each other?

It's my first time building a gaming computer and i'm doing a lot of research. I would also like to know the following:

1. Which GPU is better? I'm on budget and these are my options:

Gigabyte GTX 950 Windforce OC Ed. 2GB or MSI GTX 950 Armor 2X 2GB?

2. Will either of the GPU bottleneck my Processor?

3. Will I encounter any issues using my old monitor (Samsung Syncmaster 933sn) with this new setup?

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460
Motherboard: Asus H97M-E
RAM: G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (12800CL9D)
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Blue
Powersupply: Seasonic S12ll Bronze 520w
DVD-Drive: Asus 24x SATA (OEM)
Case: Corsair Spec 01 Carbide
Corsair AF120 LED Quiet Edition Dual Pack

Would appreciate your answers and insights! Thanks in advance! :)

Solution
1) The Gigabyte GTX 950 Windforce OC Ed. 2GB is slightly faster (higer clock rate). If you can get them at the same price get the Gigabyte. Both are very good choices.

2) No, The GPU and CPU won't bottleneck. Your new processor can handle a much bigger card (such as the GTX 970) without any bottleneck.

3) There shouldn't be any issue between your old monitor and the new hardware. You'll either need a DVI-I to VGA adapter like this one to connect your monitor's VGA cable to the bottom DVI-I port: http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-Female-Connector-Black-DVIVGAMFBK/dp/B004G3WCLM/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1449103949&sr=8-4&keywords=dvi-i+to+vga

Or a solid cable like this...
I'm no expert but your CPU is low/mid ground in terms of its grunt which should suit your choice of GPU. Personally I'd go for the Gigabyte card as I think they have a better reputation.

Your monitor is VGA so just make sure you have a the right adaptor as the GTX950 does not support VGA natively

Solution

I see Gigabyte is better and saw the clockspeeds of the two. Thank you for your answer! Advance Merry Christmas!
