Question Will they work together?

New to building PCs
Put one together that came with Ram with the motherboard.
All works fine.
I want to add more Ram to the system.
I’ve read up on Ram, will these two work together?

Origional:
Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C15 XMP 2.0
(15/3000) x 2000 = 10

Potential new Ram:
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP 2.0
(16/3200) x 2000 = 10

Both use 1.35v
Pretty sure it’ll work out but any help is appreciated

No one can give you a concrete answer on this.
Memory is only guarantee to work as sold. All bets are off when you add on. It's always been a gamble.
The closer it is in spec to the original kit, the more likely it is to work...
