Will this 2070 GPU fit?

Hello, I have a question but before we get started:

SPECS: Case: Corsair 250D
CPU: i5-4590
AIO: H55
MB: Asrock h97m itx/ac super alloy, LGA 1150
RAM: 2x8 Kingston hyper x Black 1600 ddr3
GPU: Asus GTX970 oc 4gb
PSU: Silverstone 500w FM (planning on a 650w FM bronze)
SSD: Crucial 240gb
HDD: Western Blue 1tb
Ok, so I want to upgrade the GPU and (if need be) the CPU as well as the PSU. My questions are, will the RTX2070 actually fit in my case? The 970 is fairly tight. I have 3 inches from the front of the case to the front of the GPU, about an inch from the side panel to the GPU and about an inch and a quarter from the top panel to the GPU. (hope that helps lol) Also, will there be any compatibility issues since my MB is so old? Regarding the CPU, What is the best option in yalls opinion? I have heard that soon 4 c/t CPUs will not be able to utilize the full potential of the RTX 2070 in upcoming AAA titles. Is there a better 6 core in 1150? Thanks.

Solution
If the gpu is less than 290mm it will fit.
Any two fan gpu should fit. But make sure they are less than 290mm and than no cables are obstructing it.

That is all my MB can support :/ Also, the PCI-E ports for these cards, there are two ports on top of the RTX2070, a six pin and an eight pin, My Asus GTX970 only has one eight pin, will that be an issue? Sorry for the newb questions LOL. As for the CPU, should it be good enough for the RTX2070? The last thing I would want is to Bottleneck the GPU. Thanks for your time and your response.

You might see some slight bottleneck with that CPU, for the power pins on top you need a decent 650W which should have a 8pin and a 6pin, but do check the specifications. Don't cheap out on PSU, get a corsair CXM or above or the Seasonic Gold series.
