Will this 750W PSU work?

No it's not quiet.

Firstly it uses a 12cm Protechnic Electric MGA12012HF-A25. Which has a maximum fan speed of 2500RPM. But also the fan controller is very aggressive, it starts off above 1200RPM and quickly accelerates, they have measured the fan speed curve here:

NZXT Hale90 750W 80Plus Gold Modular $140

Which uses a 14cm Dual Ball bearing fan. I don't know which one exactly because NZXT hides any info about the fan, but it's maximum speed has been measured at either 705RPM or 890RPM.

Corsair HX750 80Plus Silver/Gold Modular $139

Uses either a Yate Loon D14BH-12 or Hong Hua HA1425H12B-Z. The maximum fan speed of the 850W version has been measured at either 1360RPM or 1376RPM.

So AFAIK those are the two outstanding candidates for quiet 750W modular, high efficiency, high quality PSUs below $150.
