Hi!
Right now, I have a stock AMD cooler but I would like to upgrade to an AIO. Problem is, I don’t know if the AIO will not interfere with the other components. I have a
Fractal Design Meshify C -TG
Asrock B450M Pro4
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200Mhz(2x8GB)
And I would like to put a Corsair H100i Platinum RGB on the top.

Thank you in advance!

From their site,

Front radiator120/240/360mm
140/280mm
Top radiator120/240mm (max component height on motherboard 40mm)
Rear radiator120mm (max width 125mm)
[/quote

So should work but no component can be higher than 40mm,which means mostly ram.

Look at the ram moslty, but check vrm cooling as well. Think the ram might be the biggest issue depending on what you have.

The VRMs are ok but should I include the MoBo standoffs in the 40mm?
If I include the standoffs to the RAM, then it’s a total of 42mm.
If I don’t include the standoffs, then it’s 37mm in height.

Yes ,don't see why not. Even though made for performance of the cooler do the two fans on it also expel air (heat) out of the case. If you think heat is an issue could you put the cooler at the front of the case and put the fan there as an extra exhaust at the top rear position.
