Yes, but I recommend you grab the i5 3570k instead of the 3550. I also recommend you grab the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. It's the upgraded version of the Hyper 212 Plus.

I'm not a big fan of buying refurbished video cards, but if that's what you want to do, then go ahead.

I'd get a kit of G.Skill RipjawsX over the original Ripjaws, just because it's a newer model and looks a little nicer; same exact price.

Excellent motherboard choice, and one of the best power supplies out there... maybe a little overkill, but it'll let you crossfire in the future if you feel like you need it. Like I said, the only 'problem' i have is with getting a refurbished card, but it should be alright - according to the website, it has a 90-day limited warranty, so if something is actually wrong out of the box, you can RMA it or send it back under warranty.
