Will this be a fine system?

Hi all,
After going across the site i have finalized a configuration :
CPU : i3 3220
GPU: HD7770
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard
HDD: 1Tb WD
PSU: Corsair 450w
Optical drive : Sony
Max. Monitor resolution : 1366 x 768

It will be mostly used by my dad any sometimes for me for HD movies and games like GTA 4 , Burnout paradise, blur etc.

Can someone suggest any mods..
i want to keep this budget constant
so any suggestions included chopping out some components with lower quality ones and getting better specification other components?
I'll be glad if i could be helped.. Thanks..

I am not looking for power conservation.

you can get a haswell system for the same price, but that is your decision. this board supports sandy and ivy bridge cpus out the box.
