Will this be a good gaming PC?

I will be building a gaming PC later this year. I was just wondering if this will work well on new games at ultra settings. I will be overclocking. My price range is around $1,500. If you think I should change anything please tell me. Now, here is my build.

Looks pretty good. I prefer single rail psu. Don't skimp out on the power supply.

so that build is a plan for later this year? well probably have Maxwell GPU's by then (800 series gtx cards) and maybe even new processors. for now its good, but theres no telling
