Will this be a good/stable build?

Hello, this is my first time building a computer and since this forum helped me a lot with picking and comparing parts and prices, I thought this was the best place to go with my own questions.

This is my build so far:

  • CPU: AMD FX-8350
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
    MoBO: Asus M5A97 R2.0
    RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport (2 x 4GB)
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 760 Gaming
    PSU: Seasonic M12II Evo 620W
    Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer

I am also adding a Seagate Barracuda Green st1000dl002 (1TB) (wich I already own) as my main HDD (planning on buying an SSD later on). And two WD Scorpio WD2500BEVT (250GB) for wich I will be buying an additional SATA cable (since the MoBo only comes with 2).

I have a few questions:

  • * I was wondering if these parts will work together (I also did this build in PCPartPicker, wich did not say there would be any difficulties, but still...)?

    * Would it be better to add an optical drive for the installation of the OS (Windows 8.1) or can I just use a thumb drive?

    * Is it smart to get an SSD right away or is my HDD good enough for now?

I will be using my computer mostly for school work (Word, Powerpoint etc), internet browsing and some gaming (not the newest games on ultra settings or something).

I really hope you guys can help me out with these questions and recommendations are always welcome! I'm from the Netherlands so for example Newegg deals won't do it for me (just to keep in mind). Thanks in advance!

You'll need 8gb if you're going 64 bit (in other words, you'll need 8gb!)

Will look at the parts list in a few minutes

Thank you for the quick reply,

I can't find the Antec for that price since I'm ordering from the Netherlands, will the Seasonic still be good?

Thats okay, thank you very much!
