Two changes I'd make. First is a minor one, consider this set of RAM which is slightly faster (thought not noticeably for practical purposes) and also $10 cheaper.

Second, you can do better than that on the power supply, also for less money. XFX 550w unit on sale for $26 after rebate, a real steal at that price for a very solid PSU:

Also, I would not worry too much about a high-end motherboard because 1) You aren't overclocking, and 2) You're using a single-card setup. It might be better to get out of the bargain-basement range as the person above me said, but don't go crazy for some $150 job either.

My country its 60 euro 🙁 but I'm going for it! And the G.skill was the name of the ram i forgot 😛 thanks alot dude both will be in my build. You get my solution because you were not giving wrong information about my MOBO and a opinion of yourself! Thanks dude!
