Will this be a problem for my system?

I have a NZXT Phantom 410 Case and I want to get the Asus 980Ti Strix OC video card. My case's clearance is 305mm with some drive bays removed but the card is also 305mm meaning it will fit and I asked around to make sure it would fit but my problem is will taking the entire clearance of my case for the video cause any problems like air circulation or any weird stuff like that?

Take the hard drive cages out [ assuming you do not need them ]
