Will this be a stable system?

I have been looking around for a good build for a DIY pc system. I am completely new to building my own computer so I would like some advice. Rather than going completely cheap, I tried to find good quality pieces even if it costs 10-15$ more. I'm not looking for a 1000$ top of the line pc, just one that will run most games at medium-high settings in 900p (the monitor I plan on buying)

My main question is whether or not these pieces will work together well or if there are slightly cheaper pieces that could do the same thing as good (if not better).

I really like the price point of this build so unless there is a more expensive piece that will greatly improve the system, I do not want to purchase anything more pricey.

What is your max budget? Will you need keyboard/mouse, OS, wireless, etc.?

My absolute maximum budget with display is 850. But I am a student and would like to spend about what I am spending now. I have a keyboard and mouse. And I have a licensed copy of Windows 8.1 already.

That looks like a very similar build but unfortunately I have to purchase from newegg as I will be utilizing my Newegg Preferred Credit. So to answer my question will my build's parts work together well?

It should, but I recommend verifying your selected RAM is compatible with the motherboard. You can do this by either going to the motherboard's webpage and viewing the QVL for compatible memory or by visiting the Kingston website and using their Memory Search program/app, here is what it puts out that they deem compatible for your motherboard:
