[SOLVED] Will this be able to do a mild overclock?

Hello everyone, I have a personal build I am going to do that will have a Ryzen 5 2600, and a B450M pro4. I was wondering if I could do a very mild overclock on this CPU to get it to about 3.7 ghz on this board. Is it possible? If it is, can you guys recommend a cooler for it to me? I'd like the cooler to be white with an RGB fan, and if there is no RGB fan, I'd just like it to be plain white with no LED at all. Thanks guys!
Edit: my case will be the Darkflash DLM 21 with 5 fans. (3 intake and 2 exhaust)
