According to some benchmarks by some other people from other forums. The fps for the GTX 770 2GB at 4k is between 20-40

Yes, but I would reccomend a r9 290 with its higher memory bandwith bus and frame buffer. I owned the 770, its a great card and all but it was struggling at 1440p.
