Will this be enough for casual gaming?

Ok so here's my concern. I'm looking to buy a budget gaming pc which i wish is able to play newer games like Batman Arkham Knight, Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed Unity and Syndicate, Hitman 2016,etc.
Specs that are very close to my budget (they go a little bit over it actually) are:
Processor: Intel i3 4160 3.60 Ghz
RAM: 8GB
Graphic Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 1 GB DDR5

Now i know for a fact that processor and RAM are semi-good for this purpose, but i'm worried about graphic card, mainly it's 1 GB of VRAM. As i said before my budget cannot affored anything better than that. I want to be able to play those(these? this?) games on like medium settings (even low) and my monitor resolution is 1440x900 so i believe we are not talking about 1080p gaming.
Thanks in advance and sorry if my English is not good enough!

you never said a budget of your computer or where you are from, below is the cheapest build I would recommended for gaming purposes, its very powerful and the price is very cheap.

^Good build.

You can change the motherboard to a cheaper B150 like gigabyte b150m-ds3h. Or go even cheaper with an H110 motherboard. Getting one stick of ram(1x8gb) instead of 2x4gb will save you some money.

I didn't ask for your builds i asked if this one is good. I'd appreciate if you could say something about build that i posted.

If you already have it or decided to buy it i don't see how we can help.

But your build will work.
CPU is ok most of the time.
RAM is good
GPU is mediocre. Is fine if you will game at 1600x900 or lower.

That's just what i wanted to hear, nothing more. And since my max resolution is 1440x900 it should work fine. Thanks!
