Will this be enough for gaming? Pentium g4400 with 8GB of ddr4 2400mhz and a gt 1030

With this build I want to be able to play CS GO, gta V, pubg, warframe, planet side 2, saint row 4 at 720p medium setting. Is it possible to get over 35-40 fps with this build?

PS: I am buying the computer already built and then hopefully adding a gt 1030 to it, there wont be any compatible problems with that right?

No.. Maybe CSGO at over 35-40.. But the Pentium g4400 sucks, it only has two cores, its 3.3GHz so eh, but GTA no, Pubg definitely not, but yeah CSGO might run at 35-40
