planning on getting assassin creed 4 for PC and wondering if the components I got will be enough I can handle BF4 fine runs smoothly on custom settings mostly high

my specs are
CPU: i3 550 3.2ghz
GPU:1gb XFX Radeon HD 7770
Ram:7gb
PSU: corsair 450w
hard drive not worried about got over 2tb space
windows 8 64 bit
just wondering will this handle assassin creed 4 and if not what you recommend I upgrade first

also if it is also fine what should I upgrade to next to help improve the performance the best budget wise just a goal that's reasonable motherboard is also socket 1156 so limited what I can do CPU wise

also im not planning on playing AC4 on high settings just min/normal/custom at around 35-60 fps if possible is what I want to know

if you'd like to run that on high (on 1080p) you'd most likely need a HD 7870. Your CPU is actually quite lacking too.
