Hey, I was looking into upgrading a Dell Optiplex 755 minitower and bought an EVGA Geforce GTX 750ti. I bought a PCI E x16 cable riser, and managed it to make it fit so I could put the cover. I believe none of the parts of the GPU are touching the motherboard, but I'm not sure that even if it did touch a little bit of the bottom of the motherboard it would be a problem. I had to remove the slots so it would fit, and the Graphics Card is in some slight diagonal position, but I am able to fit the DVI cable in there..

^ thats the picture of the graphics card in the optiplex 755 mt.. Is it safe?

Also, if not, could I just use it without the brackets attatched and use it on the top slot?!
