Definitely better than PS4/XBone, but I would get a better CPU and an MSI mobo. I have the same MOBO as you, and you will NOT be able to safely overclock that Unlocked CPU, making the water cooling system a waste of money. If you plan on overclocking, upgrade your motherboard, else ditch the watercooling and get an FX-8320. BTW screw CyberPowerPC, build it yourself. If 8 year-old Vietnamese kids in suicide netted factories can build those Alienwares, you can build a PC too. I built my first PC last week, and with an FX-8320E and a GTX960, it only cost me $700-$800. Trust me, you will feel great once it is done.
