will this beat a xbox one and ps4

Im getting my first gaming pc from cyber power and I was wondering if what I can get will beat or at the least keep up with the xbox one and ps4 till at least 2016...it will have a amd fx 6300, 8gigs of ram and a nivida gtx 960

Yes. Any pc above 400 usd is yielding better graphics than consoles.
However, sometimes, console ports aren't great (gta4) and gaming on console is just super comfy
Check youtube for potatoes masher pc build for 350 bucks.
The gtx 960 is awesome

Thanks ya consoles are comfy but there's more games for pc and MODS too the skyrim mods alone is the first reason I want to switch
