You have to configure it. You do it via going into the BIOS. There should be an XMP profile for the rated speed. Just select that one and save the changes and boot up windows.

Not positive, might use XMP, but believe it uses DOCP, either way enable either XMP or DOCP and select 2133 - if DOCP may have to set the preferred base timings in
