[SOLVED] will this bottleneck my gpu and cpu hard?

ok i just upgraded my graphics card to a gtx 1050 ti 4gb oc

and i have a i3-3210

and a 16gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram

will it bottleneck that hard when i try to overclock my gpu?

Yes. The i3 is going to bottleneck regardless since its a fairly old dual core CPU. I would strongly suggest you try and find a used i5 3550 or i7 3770 and upgrade that.
