I've currently got a i5 6500, and a 1060 3gb SC. I want to get a 1070, https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GV-N1070IXOC-8GD-Durable-GeForce-Graphic-x/dp/B01HRYEQBU/ref=sr_1_10?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1483510237&sr=1-10&keywords=gtx%2B1070&th=1 . this one specifically, would it bottleneck too much

also, my other question is, can this run on a 600w psu? My current rig is:
i5 6500
Corsair CX600W PSU,
EVGA 1060 3GB SC
1TB Harddrive

the only thing I'll be changing is the gpu which is the one list above.

Hello,

It will NOT bottleneck it at all! Why do you even think it could bottleneck it?
Only thing is that you haven't mentioned what motherboard you have, but still it wont bottleneck since MoBo has to have PCI-E 3.0.
You PSU is sufficient for this configuration, it has lots of power to spare.

In case you don't trust me you can use this PSU calculator to get some insight.
