will this bottleneck?

Hey tom's hardware community i have recently joined because i have a concern about upgrading my graphics card in my pc.

specs:
intel core i7 2600 4 core 3.40ghz
amd radeon 5450 (will be upgrading to 1050ti hopefully)
8gb ddr4 ram

So heres my problem,
intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz with GeForce GTX-1050 Ti (x1) will produce 10% of bottleneck. Everything over 10% is considered as bottleneck. We recommend you to replace GeForce GTX-1050 Ti with Radeon R9 390.
so i really want to get the gtx 1050ti because its super convenient for my pc i have way over the recommended psu power and i need help.
Is 10% bottleneck an issue?

10% bottleneck mostly is not a big issue.
Some people like the most out of their fps, and there's nothing wrong with that, but when it comes to budget building you have to sacrifice with what you have.
i7-2600 is a good CPU. This is also mattering on the types of games you play and if they are CPU intensive or not.
A 10% bottleneck will not be bad for a 1050ti until you're getting in the better Gpu's like the 1070 and up.

Thank you so much i suspected 1050ti and 10% bottleneck wouldnt be a problem. Would i be able to keep 60fps on AAA games???

Anyone claiming to put a % to a bottleneck is talking bo#&ox. There are so many other factors over the cpu & gpu its impossible to say a %. Even the best system bottleneck in certain circumstances.

Overclock of your CPU can help substantially as well!!!
