will this build be able to handle new games

As far as I can see you shouldn't have any problems running Titanfall when it is released. I would however change a few parts of your build. I would recommend getting 2x4GB Ram as opposed to 1x8GB, this way you can take advantage of multiple RAM slots (faster). I would also recommend seriously considering a good power supply. The PSU is one component where it is generally worth it to pay more. I would reccomend any of Corsair's power supplies, but mostly just don't buy an off brand PSU.

I'm pretty broke so thats why I was getting an off brand PSU but I will up the PSU and I'm getting the 1x8Gb because when I get more money I'm going to get another stick of 8Gb

Ok, that's fine, but trust me, you'll end up paying a lot more if you go with the off brand PSUs. PSU problems can be super tricky to spot, you can end up replacing your entire system when it was really just the PSU.

I would make changes to the PSU like others have said, I prefer a CPU cooler which directs air towards the rear fan because it cools better/keeps internal temps down.

Look into a better wifi adapter, that tiny little usb one will probably give you issues while doing online gaming and might overheat really quickly. I have a rosewill PCI express wireless adapter and it has never given me issues, I am able to play battlefield 3 and every other game so far without any issues that other adapters in the past have given me. You can go ahead and remove the small adapter from that list if your going with the internal one.

It might be a little more expensive but I would opt for a western digital hard drive, never had an issue with them and I am not particularly fond of toshiba from past experiences. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136769 but if you feel that the toshiba is at a better price point I won't judge you lol.
