Will this build be enough to record and edit games in 1080p?

I will also use this build for a little bit of editing (Not 4K, but 1080p max).
I would like to know if this build can handle games like DOOM, Overwatch, Bo3 at high settings while recording at 1080p 60 fps. Thanks in advance.

-GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 480, 8GB GDDR5
-HDD: Western Digital 1TB
-SSD: Crucial M.2 MX300, 275GB
-Power Supply: EVGA Supernova GQ 650w, Semi-Modular, 80 plus gold
-Motherboard: Gigabyte H270-HD3
-Case: Corsair Carbide 400C, Black
-CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
-Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, (2x8 GB), Black, 3000MHz

Build looks good for that work but i would suggest you look into Ryzen 5/7 since they are excellent at editing and not far behind in Gaming. Other than that you don't need a aftermarket cooler on a non-K CPU, the stock cooler will suffice. Hope this helps :)
