Seems decent enough however I would splurge on an SSD as they can be had for cheap now. For instance, Newegg.ca has the Chronos 240GB SSD for 149.99

Will this build be able to run games like bf4 and wow on ultra? And what diffrence does the ssd make?

An SSD will surely speed up your system considerably compared to that of a mechanical drive. Keep in mind that the game still requires to be installed locally. Now to play the game on Ultra is a different thing altogether as the bulk of the game play will be dependant upon the GPU.

It just seems that you are acquiring some very good parts but yet you are adding a mechanical hdd. If you factor in the overall price of the existing system; trade up an additional 80 smacks for an speedy SSD in which IMHO would be the perfect system.
