Hi everybody

So my brother asked me to build him a computer for his new office, and he have just started learning programming and he does play some light games,
he gave me a budget of around 450 dollars give or take,

so it won't be that high spec

i've got him this pc

mobo: ASRock B450M Steel Legend AM4 AMD Promontory B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
cpu: AMD RYZEN 3 2200G Quad-Core 3.5 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD2200C5FBBOX Desktop Processor
ram: G.SKILL Value Series 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300) Desktop Memory Model F4-2666C19S-8GNT
ssd: Crucial BX500 2.5" 480GB SATA III 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) CT480BX500SSD1
case: COUGAR MG110-W Micro ATX Mid Tower Micro ATX MG110 USB 3.0 Case with Acrylic Window Standard ATX PS2 Power ...

i can add a gpu later and an extra stick of 8gb ram.

i picked the Mini itx board because its more portable and fits his small office table.

And i picked the ryzen 3 because of the price and the better internal GPU.

I would like to hear your feedback and if i have any mistakes correct me for next times.

i've ordered it already so i can't make changes.

"I live in saudi arabia so the prices may not be the best although i ordered them all from newegg with free shipping"

but what do you think about my choice for the cpu ? was it good or i should've got a better one ?
Your APU (CPU + GPU) choice will depend on budget and use. Office environment, it will be fine. Gaming will depend on the game. If you can afford the cost difference between the 2200G and 2400G, I would recommend the 2400G. But that is a budget decision on your part. The price has been falling on the 2400G and RAM prices have been falling so you may be able to reach a little higher on the performance ladder.

Since you are using the built-in GPU, you need two DIMMs and preferably 16GB. The iGPU will take some of your RAM so that your programs won't have access to it AND you need two DIMMs for the memory bandwidth to feed the integrated GPU.
oh i forgot about ryzen's hunger for ram xD thx for the info
