Hi, i'm planning to build a silent/quiet pc, however, i don't really know if the components i chose are going to be good for that, they are:

Cooler Master NR400 (Airflow case)
Ryzen 7 2700 (Cooler: Wraith Spire)
Gigabyte B450 Aorus M
GT 1030 (Fanless)
2x8 GB G.SKILL Aegis 2400Mhz
Corsair Vengeance 650M (Zero RPM mode)
SSD Kingston A400 240GB (OS and programs)
HDD WD Caviar Blue 500GB
140mm AF140 Corsair Quiet Edition (Front Intake)
Included 120mm Case fan (Back Exhaust)

There are two problems here:

The case is designed for airflow, so it's pretty open

I heard that all HDD's are noisy

Will this system still be quiet? And if not, what can i do to make it better?

Wraith spire is pretty damn loud under load. HDD spin is usually inaudible in a case, only those ticking noises are. If your goal is quiet cooler, use a noctua fan and buy yourself a decend SSD. I hear Intel 660p are in a huge sale right now.

I can personally recommend Noctua NH-L12S, as it is small, cheapish, and efficient
