Will This Build Handle Max Settings?

I've ordered most of the expensive items on this list, except for the CPU. This computer will be used for mostly games and then school. I don't know much about what can handle what or what cannot handle what. Please tell me what you think.

When I add it to my list it says "– The motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6Gb/s ports are disabled." What does that mean?

It means you will lose 2 sata ports, the ones you plug things like Hdd or 2.5" ssd's. If the board has plenty and you don't think you'll need them all, then I wouldn't worry. If not you could try a different board.

Most mobo's come with at least 6 sata slots.

Edit: yours looks like it has 6 sata ports and 4 sata express
